Wherever possible, all fees, taxes and charges associated with the purchase of air travel are included in Tripardo's airfare search process. Additional charges may be applied by Tripardo and participating airlines for additional services. Tripardo's payment fees are non-refundable.
Airfares are so volatile because airlines policy. If you purchased a ticket and found a decrease, we are sorry for that but should not be considered responsible in the case. It will not be refunded or changed for free.
Changes may not be permitted. We need to check your specific ticket to get the detailed airline charges,as the airline rules and fees are always changing. If you have purchased a fare that permits change, most airlines will charge a change fee and fare difference. Tripardo will process the change and charge a service fee.
Airline change fees apply to each individual ticket issued.
TRIPARDO CHANGE FEES PER PERSON:
|Application Time||Route Type||Service Fee|
|International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings）||NZ$25|
|All||Depending on the airline rules|
2. Name correction
Names provided for ticketing purposes must exactly match names as they appear on each traveller's passport. Name change policy varies from airline to airline. Some airlines do not allow name changes at all – so please ensure the names provided in your reservation match your passport details. If you have purchased a fare that permits name correction, most airlines will charge a correction fee.
The process of correcting the name provided in the booking (and therefore reflected on your ticket) is governed by the individual airline's policy and the multiple steps involved are then processed by Tripardo. Tripardo charges a service fee.
Airline change fees apply to each individual ticket issued.
Tripardo name correction fees per person: NZ$25
3. Cancellation and refund
Airline's cancellation/refund penalty:
Canceled bookings will incur charges, which can be up to 100% of the cost of booking if your ticket has a non-refundable condition, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Check with us to know if the fare is refundable, as not all fares can be refunded.
Airline refunds take approximately 12 weeks to process.
Tripardo's cancellation/refund penalty:
On top of airline's charge, we also apply our cancellation/refund service fee.

|All||Depending on the airline rules|
4. Tripardo booking fees
Tripardo does not impose any booking fees. The prices you see at checkout for flights and other products are the final prices, and there are no additional or hidden charges. Jettzy receives compensation through commissions and other financial incentives, which may include mark-ups on some non-commissionable transactions or travel packages, as we determine appropriate.
5. Tripardo payment fees
Credit card surcharges will apply when paying by credit card. You agree to authorise the ticket issuer to charge your credit card number the merchant fee that is shown on the payment options.
If you are using a foreign or a third party credit card to make your booking, our Back Office Processing Department may contact you by email or telephone to collect more information.
Booking Terms and Conditions
We hold the right to reject online bookings if we believe that they are not genuine or are fraudulent.
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once a Ticket is issued. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside of our control which may increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include but not limited to adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact your consultant for up-to-date prices.
Airline Schedule Changes
If Tripardo is aware of a change; every effort will be made to advise you directly. Please reconfirm your flight with the airline directly at least 24 hours prior to departure. It is your responsibility to reconfirm all your flight details before departure.
All affected schedule changes imposed by the airlines will be notified by email. Any minor changes, less than 15 minutes or with flight number changes, will be automatically accepted on your behalf. If the change conflicts with another confirmed ticket itinerary schedule; passengers will be given an option to modify the flight times within 5 days of receiving the schedule change by email (Tripardo may charge service fee). This modification must be with the same carrier, in the same cabin for the first available flight. These modifications can only be performed within the airline’s schedule change rebooking guidelines and cannot be guaranteed. Any voluntary changes are subject to the carrier’s normal change or cancellation penalties. Tripardo assumes no responsibility for airline schedule changes, however we will do our best to provide alternate travel options if available.
Baggage Allowance and Restrictions
Baggage fees are not included in the cost of your ticket unless permitted by the airline. Baggage allowance varies from airline to airline and can also vary based on the class of service purchased (I.e. not all economy class tickets offer free baggage allowance). Some airlines charge additional fees for both; check-in and carry-on baggage. Some airlines charge additional fees for adding baggage to the reservation at the airport or after you’ve completed your purchase online. We strongly suggest that baggage is added in advance for such carriers. Moreover, it is the passengers responsibility to check any baggage rules with the airline before making a purchase on our website, as Tripardo has zero control over the airline’s ever-changing baggage policies. If you are not sure about a baggage policy, please contact Tripardo prior to booking in order to verify the specific airlines details. You can add baggage to your booking on our website and be notified of the amount at time of purchase.
Baggage allowance varies by airline and by route. For up to date baggage information please check with the airline directly.
Through-Check Baggage Policy: Whether or not your bags can be checked all the way to your final destination depends on the airline's through-check baggage policy, which is quite complicated. Please verify the minimum connection time and baggage information with the airlines directly before your departure.
Not all economy class tickets offer free seat selection. Some seats can be selected free of cost after ticked issued and some seats require a fee to be paid to the airline. Each airline has a different policy on seat selection. Please verify this information prior to purchase. Seat choice on Tripardo is not guaranteed, please check with airline to confirm seat selection result.
Frequent Flyer Programs
Please advise your travel consultant your frequent flyer details. Your consultant will pass these details on to the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit any points for your booking. Airlines have different policies on frequent flyer points accrual, so therefore Tripardo does not guarantee that all fares displayed will accrue points.Frequent flyer points can also be added to your reservation by contacting the airline directly. It is your responsibility to check if the fare you are planning to purchase does accrue such points. Please retain all boarding passes to allow verification of your travel if required.
Travel documents include airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including being non-refundable, non-date-changeable, non-transferable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. Any errors in names on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel.
Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other services and other government authorities. Any fines, penalty payments or expenditure incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry.We accept no responsibility if you should be denied boarding or deported for any reason including your age. You, the customer must be eighteen years of age (please note the restrictions below with respect to children travelling alone).
We recommend that passengers allow plenty of time to check-in and obtain their boarding pass for their scheduled flight. Tripardo will not be responsible for those passengers who check-in past the airline cut off times. Failure to meet check-in times may result in denied boarding, the loss of your assigned seat selection, cancellation of your full booking and the entire fare paid being forfeited with no option of re-booking. Please reconfirm check-in cut off times with the airline directly.
Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.

SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel—related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. In particular, if you have purchased an airfare, please ensure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the Supplier, which can be found on the Supplier’s website. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.
tripardo.com may offer Customers the opportunity to book a reservation for a combination of two one—way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket. Combined one-way tickets may provide a greater choice of flights, are often cheaper and can be combined on the same airline or on different airlines. Unlike roundtrip tickets, each one-way ticket is subject to its own rules, restrictions, and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a Customer to make changes to the other flight, the Customer will be responsible for any fees incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight.
For certain low-cost carriers, the price of your flight has been converted from a different currency for convenience purposes to provide you an estimate of the amount of the purchase in your local currency. As a result, when you book, the amount charged to your credit card by the airline may be slightly different due to currency fluctuations. Your statement may also include a applicable fee from your card issuer to process the transaction plus any applicable taxes for international purchases.
Law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person.
You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
BANK, CREDIT CARD, AND PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER FEES
Some banks, credit card companies, and payment service providers impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of your home country on a credit card, your bank and payment service providers may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement, or payment service statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of your home country. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank, card company, or payment service provider since Tourism Integration Limited may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. Tourism Integration has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We urge customers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations.
Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.
Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.
Disinsection: Although not common, most countries reserve the right to disinsect aircraft if there is a perceived threat to public health, agriculture or environment. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization have approved the following disinsection procedures: (1) spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosolized insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) treat the aircraft's interior surfaces with a residual insecticide while passengers are not on board.
